DANEO 400

Omicron's DANEO 400 is a hybrid measurement system that analyzes conventional signals (voltages, currents and binary signals) and network messages in electrical substations. In addition to measuring these signals, it provides information on their correct coordination. It monitors operating conditions and communications in the substation, and, when used in distributed protection systems, allows a synchronized view of all signals with high accuracy. It is configured and controlled through the DANEO Control software or its web interface, facilitating its remote operation and monitoring.

Main Characteristics:

  • "Hybrid measurement system that captures both conventional signals and communications network messages.
  • Measurement and analysis of voltages, currents and wired binary signals.
  • Monitoring of substation communications, evaluating their correct coordination.
  • It provides a synchronized view of all signals in a distributed protection and automation system.
  • Accurate synchronization of measurement units, ensuring data consistency.
  • Configuration and control via PC software DANEO Control or via a web interface.
  • Provides detailed information on the operational and communications status of the substation.
  • High-precision unit synchronization for measurement of distributed signals.
  • Support for multiple signal types: voltages, currents, binary signals and communication network messages.
  • Acquisition of communication data with the ability to evaluate their coordination in protection systems.
  • Remote communication capabilities via web interface. Flexible configuration allowing customization of measurement and analysis to specific substation needs.
  • Easy-to-use control software for system configuration and monitoring.
  • High data acquisition capability, allowing accurate measurements of operational and communication signals simultaneously."
