Laboratory
Always offering added value to its buyers, ERASMUS has specialized in the maintenance and repair of the equipment it sells and therefore we provide:
Repairs:
- Repair of ERASMUS equipment (voltammetric clamps, multimeters, distance meters, sound level meters, etc.).
- Repair of some Metrel equipment. Among them: Teraohm 5 Kv, tellurometer and Power Quality Analyzer.
Calibration
- Calibration of Omicron CMC 256 and 356 equipment.
- Calibration of ERASMUS and Metrel Tellurometers.
- Calibration of clamps and multimeters.
- Calibration of equipment for Delta Tangent measurement
SERVICES / Laboratory
REPAIR
We have a complete laboratory for calibration and repair of test instruments with which we provide after-sales support.
Equipment repair is performed by our specialized technical staff with experience in the maintenance of electronic measuring instruments. First a diagnosis is made where the customer brings his equipment to our laboratory for a free revision. After the diagnosis, we check the availability of materials and resources for maintenance in the laboratory. If it is possible to repair the equipment, a quotation is issued.
The delivery time of the equipment once the customer's acceptance of the service has been confirmed is 3 working days.
Note: Delivery time may vary by prior agreement with the customer.

Calibration
The calibration laboratory provides equipment calibration services. It has standards traceable to the international system of units, in addition to procedures referenced to international standards that demonstrate the high quality of the calibrations performed. Therefore, the calibration laboratory has at its disposal the following services:

Equipment calibration brings with it the benefit of knowing the measurement error, that is, the displacement of the measurement made by the equipment, with respect to the value that is considered true. The true value is a value that is traceable to the international system of units through an uninterrupted chain of calibrations until it reaches the conventional reference standard.
The standards of the calibration laboratory of Erasmus ltda have traceability to the international system of units, have been calibrated with calibration laboratories associated with international organizations such as ILAC, EA, NIST, PTB, as well as national laboratories accredited by ONAC.

OMICRON REPAIR CENTER
